Oak & Prairie Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oak & Prairie! We handcraft all of our products in small batches, and we want your order to arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Standard rates:

    • 0–2 oz: $4

    • 2–6 oz: $6

    • 6+ oz: calculated based on weight

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (Lower 48) or $100 (Alaska & Hawaii).

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — Oak & Prairie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Delivery Estimates

  • Most orders in the Lower 48 arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Orders to Alaska & Hawaii may take 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping times are estimates; Oak & Prairie is not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at oakandprairiellc@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.
